How the AI learns. Every time the team marks a lead Good, Shortlisted, Partner or Not a fit, and every team or Avinash note, is a lesson. Learn from verdicts reads the latest 40 of them and writes short rules about what you actually want. Those rules go into every AI check and every rewrite after that.

• The more notes say why ("only 2 years abroad", "selling a course"), the sharper the rules get.
• Relearn after every 15 or so new verdicts.
• Edit the rules by hand if one is wrong. Your edit sticks until the next relearn, which keeps whatever the verdicts still support.
